Do I need yoga experience to join?

No. These classes are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners, with guidance offered for all levels.

What should I bring to class?

A yoga mat and comfortable clothing are recommended. Everything else required for practice is provided through instruction.

Can I drop in to a class?

The Wednesday evening class requires a 4-week commitment, while Saturday morning sessions can be attended casually for $20 per class.
