Yoga Mentoring & Guidance (Brisbane & Online)

“The mind is responsible for the feelings of pleasure and pain. Control of the mind is the highest Yoga.”

- SRI SWAMI SIVANANDA

Yoga mentoring offers a personal and ongoing approach to developing a consistent and meaningful yoga practice. Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, mentoring provides structured guidance tailored to your individual needs.

Your yoga journey is personal and evolves over time. Rather than following a fixed routine, yoga mentoring supports you in building a sustainable practice that integrates into your daily life - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

With over 30 years of experience, my teaching is shaped by a lifelong commitment to yoga as a lived practice. My background in pharmacy, herbalism, and naturopathy informs a grounded understanding of the body, while yoga has been the foundation for exploring deeper awareness and balance.

My role is to offer clear, direct guidance based on experience, meeting each person where they are.

FAQs

Do I need any prior experience to start yoga mentoring?

No. Yoga mentoring is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with an existing practice. Guidance is tailored to where you are starting from.

How is yoga mentoring different from a regular yoga class?

Mentoring is a personalised and ongoing process focused on building your own practice and integrating yoga into daily life, rather than attending a general group session.

What happens after the discovery call?

If mentoring feels like the right fit, sessions are structured and booked in advance, with ongoing guidance to support your development and consistency.
